About Us

Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori principles and practices to maintain a thoughtfully prepared Primary classroom (ages 3–6)
- Develop and present individualized lessons using Montessori materials and methods
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence, concentration, and respectful collaboration
- Observe, assess, and document student progress to support each child’s academic and developmental growth
- Provide constructive guidance and support to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with classroom assistants, fellow guides, and administration
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents to support each child’s educational journey and well-being
Qualifications
- Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of early childhood teaching experience required
- Experience in a Montessori Primary classroom or with young children strongly preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and commitment to Montessori philosophy
